Installation Tips:

1) Check Garmin site for software updates: https://aoem.garmin.com/uconnect/update

-If you have issues specifically with the software update - questions must be directed to Garmin

2) Unlocking your Map Update: Activation Center
- You will need:  a) Map Update USB;  b) Product Serial Number located on back cover of Installation Guide;  c) Unit ID

3) During Section C of the Installation Guide process - once the files are written from the system to the USB stick - IGNORE the message that says 'visit Garmin.com/auto-update to continue the update process'
